Built with the slogan 'It's all about the Water,' Hampton Lake has a 165 acre freshwater lake - approximately the same size as a golf course! Along with the water there are 345 acres of natural beauty with walkways to enjoy the indigenous plants.
WHAT ABOUT THE HAMPTON LAKE AMENITIES
As well as the lake and all of the fun things to do on the water, Hampton Lake has a large amenity center anchored by the Lakeside Village. Here you can enjoy lunch or dinner at Backwater Bill's restaurant, with full-service bar and restaurant. Doc's is a community boathouse with boats for member use as well as the "Tackle Box" with bait, tackle and convenience store. Out by the water there is a large family-oriented pool with lazy river; also available is the "The Cool Pool", a place for adults only to chill out. A fitness center and spa complete the Lakeside Village.
WHAT KINDS OF HOMES ARE AT HAMPTON LAKE

At the inception of Hampton Lake there were seven preferred builders but at this moment in time there are many more builders resulting in various home styles.
