Mission Viejo Home Values 3/23/2014 By Tim Lorenz  

This weeks Market Report for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas home values from a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 16.8 percent, for new homes up 15.3 percent and for resale condos up 17.9 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 17.7 percent and down 16.1 percent on condos and up 31.2 percent for new homes.

  • Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 18.5 percent and the sales volume is down 27.9 percent.
  • Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 7.5 percent and the sales volume is down 17.1 percent.
  • Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 0.7 percent and the sales volume is down 31.5 percent.Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 13.6 percent and the sales volume is down 22.6 percent.
  • Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 28.5 percent and the sales volume down 1.3 percent.
  • San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 15.7 percent and the sales volume is up 22.9 percent.
  • San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 0.7 percent and the sales volume is up 2.6 percent.

If we look at this week and it is apparent that the market has changed.  However, if we look at the individual cities I show there are some big changes all showing an ever slowing market.

One would think with you location and Spring now upon us you would have a hot market.  Hang in there it will pick up.... It always does.

Looks like San Clemente is a good place to focus on ... it hasn't been showing weakness.
