The one that surprised me is 78% of down payments came from savings and that single women out buy single men by almost double.

The down payment from savings doesn't surprise me that much but the single women outbuying the men does. Thanks for posting and sharing
My pleasure Joyce Marsh. I never thought about it before myself, but looking back I have made more home loans for single women than single men in the past couple of years.
