How to Buy a Home?
It is very important to have all the information
of the Home Buying Process. First you should secure
Financing if you are not Purchasing for a Home with 100%
Cash. Meet with a Home Loan Specialist(Loan Officer)and
Understand the Difference between Lenders Approval vs. your
Affordability amount. Your Lender have Approved your $XXX,000 to
Purchase a Home, this amount equals to $X,000 per Month. Can
you afford this amount. Be sure you Purchase a Home with a Monthly
Mortgage Payment you could afford.
Meet with a Licensed REALTOR(R), or Licensed Real Estate Agent.
When selecting a Real Estate Professional be sure they are knowledgeable
of the Area your wanting to move into.
Know what you want, and be Firm. Be very Proactive with your
Real Estate Professional. Once you are in the Home Buying Process
put away your Credit Cards, or try to Avoid any Big Ticket Purchases
during this time.
Once you have a found the Home with your Agent, as you walk through
the Home do a 6 Point Check of Each Room: Ceiling Floor, and Four Walls.
Your Agent will write an Offer on your Behalf to submit to the Seller,
or the Sellers Agent. They can only respond 3 Ways: Acceptance, Counter Offer, or Rejection. Acceptance, this is the Time you will conduct a
Home Inspection, and gather more information in regards of the Property.
A professional Home Inspector is recommended, Roofer, Plumber, Electrician. Be sure these Professional are experienced, and Licensed
in the Field. Review all Reports thoroughly. Do Not take Shortcuts.
