Today is the first Day

Real Estate Agent with

I am thinking and have the feeling that today is the first day of the start of the buying season. I feel that the number of inquiries are up and folks are starting to look to buy. I have not felt this optimistic in a while. We certainly could use a push after a tough year last year and a slow start this year. Now if the boys in DC will only co-operate and not do too many stupid things to our economy I feel we all will breathe a sigh of relief this spring.

How is your market ? Do you see the same things going on?

We've actually seen an uptick since the new year.  Today, even our newspaper had a positive article about the market possibly tracking upward.

Let the good times roll!

I see a great change in the market also.  The phones are really starting to ring and people are ready and itching to see homes.  I feel great about what's starting to happen in this market

I agree 100%...short of any new stupid moves...this is the best buyers market in years, and may signal the bottom is behind us!!! Thanks,   Fran

I hope you are right!  I see increased inquiries too, but don't see increased contracts yet.

Charlie: The holidays and their aftermath had to be over. In February I started to see fiscal responsibility again. I will schedule to be on vacation this December. 8-)
