Looking For Homes With A Smile

Teresa, it looks like you cleaned out the yellow pages as well.  Excellent compilation. 

When my dad passed away, he left a 1440 sq ft workshop w/ basement--there was one of everything, including a left-hand lug nut to a 59 Dodge (daddy never owned a dodge).  Cleaning presented a daunting task.  My son stepped up (he has a habit of that), and we began filling 40 cu ft dumpsters.  To save discussing each item's fate, we came up with this rule: "If it cost less than $100 and has not been used in six months: throw it away.  Four dumpsters later, we could begin to organize.

I am getting ready to apply that rule to my basement.
