A good nap and then always does me good. Treat yourself to a massage. Go for a walk. As long as you allow yourself to do nothing for just a little while.
Today I'm working on my fish tanks. Although cleaning and caring for an aquarium is work, I enjoy it. It's satisfying and I have a beautiful, relaxing scene to watch afterwards. How will you recharge today?
