The Austin Spring Meetup was a great time as always. Chez Zee American Bistro is a longtime Austin institution and hosted our event. We had delicious food, informative conversation and new relationships were formed. Some experienced Activerainers made it, as well as some new faces, which we were glad to see.
With our very hot Austin market, upcoming listings and discussions about inventory was the order of the day. Robin Scott and Bob Ratliff discussed a potential transaction together. Anne Johnson shared some of her pre mls inventory with the group. Jordan Gouger made his first visit to our meetup. And he was joined by Katrina Benton and Andrew Bowden who are new to Austin, but certainly not Activerain. Katrina also wore her Google glasses, which we were naturally curious about. Austin Activerain veteran Betina Foreman came end near the end, and wowed many of us with her cool Triumph convertible, which she bravely drove, despite the overcast weather.
Always a fun time, and we look forward to our summer event.
