Stop and Smell the Orange Blossoms..

It seems like the only time I get on the computer is to work, the only time I blog, is when I have a new listing, and the only time I go outside is when I need to show a property!

Well, today a funny thing happened.. I sniffed, I did it once, then again, and again. I smelled the most wonderful smell, ORANGE BLOSSOMS.

Wow, why didn't I smell them yesterday, or the day before?

Maybe it's because I'm not taking the time to stop for a moment and enjoy the now. I'm so busy getting where I need to go, that I'm not enjoying the simple things in life, like the orange blossoms, the family, the friends...

So today, I'm taking the time to stop and smell the orange blossoms, write a blog, and go for a walk.

You're orange blossoms are popping a bit earlier than our's are here in Sacramento. When I look out my window, I suspect mine is about another week away. They are beautiful to look at, and smell so sweet!

Great reminder to stop and enjoy life once in a while. I sure would love to have an orange tree in my yard, I was in south Texas a few years ago and it was so nice to see all the yards and fields filled with orange laden trees
