What's selling?  The past month shows 4 residential sales in Kula, ranging from $530,000 (house on half an acre) to $1,185,000 (house on 18 acres).  In the same time there were 5 vacant land sales, priced from $75,000 (Hawaiian Homelands Leasehold) to $895,000 (3.5 acres with water meter).  These 5 properties were shown on the Upcountry Realtor Caravan for March.

We recently visited the Alii Kula Lavender farm up at 1100 Waipoli Rd, in Kula Maui.  They have expanded their gardens, and the views and setting were lovely.  It's always a nice place to take some visitors when you need a break from the beach scene.  The higher altitude requires warmer clothing, so be prepared, and good walking shoes would be recommended too.  Call them if you have any questions, at 808-878-3004.
