impeccably maintained condominium in the Gated 55+ Community of the Gardens of Beacon Square had tile throughout, updated kitchen and bathrooms and located close to parks and local beaches.
This condo was purchased 2 years ago by my customers. They relocated to New Port Richey from Oregon. I met David the husband who came to visit for 3 days and chose to buy the condo. Shortly after, his wife Beth joined him. Last summer David called me and said that their home in Oregon had sold and they were ready to buy a single family home in the New Port Richey area. We searched for a few weeks until a beautiful home in Port Richey came on the market. We went to see it and they made a full price offer that day.
I have now come full circle with David and Beth. Along the way I was also able to sell Beth's sister a condominium as her "winter home". Throughout this two year period we have become friends and since David and Beth's home is not too far from me, I think we will continue to see each other in a more social way. The greatest compliment to me was having them hire me time and time again.
