Good morning Bob. I am no longer an active investor of acreage, but when I was, the value of the timber was always a part of my thought process. The value that you can bring to the decision making process is invaluable.
Unless someone is able to perform the timber and wildlife evaluation themselves (such if they do that professionally in another area), it sees like purchasing a timber and wildlife evaluation should be part of the due diligence process. Good post.
