Housing Market Update for March 28, 2014

This market update is for Billings/Laurel/Shepherd/Worden/Lockwood areas.  For March 13-28 in 2013 and 2014.  We have had a record winter this year for snowfall and it may have had an effect on the lower numbers.  We have seen an increase of over 7% in home sales prices.
