Looking for the premier master planned community in Leander?  You won't find any one better than Crystal Falls in Northwest Leander which features Leander's only public golf course and some of the best amenities in the area.

Residents of Crystal Falls fall into the Leander ISD catchment area and attend Whitestone, Winkley &  Knowles Elementary Schools, Running Brushy Middle School and Leander High School.  All of these schools are highly regarded and the Leander Independent School District is one of the most sought after in Central Texas.

There are currently six distinct neighborhoods within the community which, when complete, will envelope a full 5000 acres of some of the most beautiful hill country around Austin.  Many small creeks run amongst the hills and valleys.  The 2000 pound street signs throughout the community are harvested from the old Whitestone Quarry on the property and traditional cedar fence is seen all around.

The original section of Crystal Falls is The Boulders which feature a grotto pool at the amenity center just off Bagdad Rd at Crystal Falls Parkway and homes built in the early to mid 1990's.

In the following years, acreage estates were built atop Grand Mesa.  In more recent years, they have been followed by The Highlands, The Fairways, Grand Mesa smaller estates, Cap Rock and Cap Rock Estates.  Most recently, additional sections of Grand Mesa have been added for custom building and The Bluffs will soon follow.
