FORT MYERS ACTIVE RAIN MEET UP
This meet up was my first Active Rain face to face and I enjoyed it. Yes, it was good to see people from the internet in person. Yes, we had fun and shared many laughs. Yes, the site of the meet up was a good choice.
But there were several great things I took away from the meet up:
1. The quality of the people that attended.
3 of the attendees were Brokers
1 Wayne Martin ranks #1 in Lee County for AR and is
#24 in Florida for AR.
1 Randy Mitchelson is # 15 in Lee County for AR.
2. Great sharing of knowledge.
I left the meet up with a higher level of understanding
of what is going on in the Real Estate Market in Lee
County.
I heard some great ideas on how to be more effective
on Active Rain.
Kwee Huset is a Broker who drove down from Venice
and shared great information on Venice and Sarasota
Real Estate.
Yolanda Planes, is a Real Estate Mortgage Broker in
Cape Coral. She shared some of the Products she has
available as well as her knowledge of what the Cape
Coral market looks like.
Blanca Contreras, is a Broker - Associate and Team
Manager who shared from her years of experience in
Real Estate Sales.
Randy Mitchelson, is an Internet Marketing Expert and
Mortgage Broker and Vice President of iPartnerMedia.
He shared marketing ideas and resources with us.
Wayne Martin, is a Real Estate Broker with vast
experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
Going to the meet up was time well spent. To now have a network of valuable resources we can draw from and share with on an ongoing basis was great asset to take away from the Fort Myers Active Rain Meet Up.
