Home sales in the Farmers Branch area were up 5% in February 2014 compared to last year, with 125 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have an increase of 2%, with 225 homes sold. New Farmers Branch real estate listings increased 9% from last year, with 173 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have decreased 5%, with 319 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was down 4%, at 140 homes.
