In February, only 122 homes were listed with Realtors.  That is the lowest number available homes within the last 5 years.  121 homes are available as of today, Sunday March 30, 2014.

Yet houses are still selling.  The total number of sales are down this year.  Fortunately, the decrease is not as drastic as the reduction in the number of homes that are available for buyers to choose from.

SHARP dropoff Sondra in Elbert County inventory past September 2013, then DRASTIC lowering in December on. I will blame this on uncertainty in the economy. I thought to blame winter weather but I looked at your previous years and not so much a factor.
