College Goal Alaska is a statewide program that provides free information and assistance to Alaskans applying for college financial aid. Financial aid professionals and volunteers are available to help college-bound students and their families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is the application for grants, scholarships, or low-cost loans with flexible repayment options. Plus, the FAFSA is the application for the Alaska Performance Scholarship and Alaska Education grants. Bring your latest tax information, and if you’re under 25 you’ll need your parents’ latest tax information as well. In addition to any aid you might qualify for by filing the FAFSA, one attendee will win a $700 dollar scholarship! For event locations and times go to CollegeGoalAK.org
