Old friends and your Sphere of Influence

Today my husband I met up with some old friends and neighbors to have lunch and chat about our lives. It was great to see them and hear about how they and their family are doing after not seeing them in about 2 years. As it turns out, all of their children are well and the youngest has just received her drivers license!

As it usually does, the conversation turned to Real Estate. They, as a family, would like to go back into the world of investing.  We are excited for them.  And as it turns out they would like to enlist the professional advice and services of myself and my husband. 

I am very excited to get into the swing of things with them and help them achieve the goals they have set forth for their family.  WKRP I look forward to working with you all!

I agree. It costs nothing to call your friends, family, and people in your sphere of influence to ask for business. And it is also often a joy to catch up with many of them.
