Somethings Never Change-A VA Loan is Still Zero Percent Down

By

North Springfield Zero Down Payment

Though you can't buy a house in North Springfield for $15,500, in 2014 a veteran can still use their VA benefits to buy a North Springfield home for zero down.  The reasons that service members choose North Springfield in the 1950's are still the same reasons they buy their now.  Convenience to DC, larger tree lined lots and access to parks.  Now they can add multiple options for commuting and nearby shopping.

It's good to know that some things never change.  If you are interested in using your VA benefits to buy a home in North Springfield give Cindy Jones a call at 703-346-2213.  Let's look at current inventory and see how we can put you in a home in the Springfield VA home today for zero down.

Knock on wood... Let's hope this "never" changes for VA loans. It doesn't seem like anything is sacred any more.  Love the old flier!

With all the changes in the mortgage industry of the past several years the VA loan has become one of the best loan options around. FHA has moved way to the bottom of the list with the new high MIP fees. I ask everyone who calls me about mortgage financing if they are eligible for a VA loan.
