I hope you are better with the facts about a house than you are with the facts about history. Before I correct your misrepresentation of fact (lies) let me tell you that Americans are sick and tired of the hatred and division you people have brought to the political landscape of our country. That is why we voted you out of Congress two years ago and why we will vote more of you out this November. If you don't like out United States, then get out and take your venom with you.

First, John Glenn never made the comment about Iraq and I challenge you to quote the source. The truth is, the Bush hit squad sent this out back in the 2004 election and in 2005 attached Senator Glenn's name to it. He never said it. By the way, the death toll in every January since the invasion has been higher than 39 (47 in 2004, 107 in 2005, 62 in 2006, 83 in 2007, 40 in 2008).

  1. I thought our involvement in WW II started when Japan invaded Pearl Harbor. Europe had been at war since 1936, 5 years before Pearl Harbor. Japan invaded China in 1931, 10 years before Pearl Harbor. If anything FDR kept us out of war.
  2. Germany declared war on the US, not the other way around.
  3. On June 25, 1950 North Korea invaded South Korea. On June 27th the UN assembled troops from member countries. Do you really think Truman directed the Communist invasion?
  4. In 1954 Eisenhower coined the "Domino Theory" and pledged assistance to South Viet Nam. In 1956 Ike created the Military Assistance Advisory Group (M.A.A.G.) to train South Vietnamese troops. In 1957 13 members of M.A.A.G. were wounded in a bombing in Saigon. In 1959 Major Dale Buis and Master Sergeant Ovnand became the first Americans to die in the Viet Nam war and 7 more would die that year. The Vietcong were formed in 1960. Kennedy became President in 1961. Tell us again how Kennedy started the war.
  5. You blamed Johnson for the 58,000 deaths from 1965 to 1975. Funny, he was only President for three of those years. Nixon was the one who kept the war going, escalated it by bombing and invading Laos and Cambodia. In fact his first year in office, 1969 was the second worst of the war as far as deaths.
  6. We didn't invade Bosnia. That was a NATO mission called to end hostilities between Boznia, Herzegovina, Yugoslavia, Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia that involved "ethnic cleansing", torture, armed insurrection, civil war, war of aggression, genocide, mass rape, child molestation's and murders, and 110,000 deaths. Guess what, there wasn't one inspector who didn't find a problem, unlike in Iraq where there wasn't one inspector who did find a single WMD. As for Osama, he planned several attacks, one to kill the Pope and another to blow-up 12 US commercial flights across the Pacific while Clinton was President. They were all stopped. Further, the perpetrator of attack on the USS Cole, bin Laden, was not known until January 2000. Bush has admitted that Clinton turned this evidence over to him but Bush didn't do a thing. Osama also caused a bombing in September of Bush's first year (many call it nine - eleven), an attack Bush knew was coming through the 8/6/2001 Presidential Daily Briefing entitled "Ben Laden determined to attack inside the United States".
  7. Just what countries did Bush liberate? If you are referring to Iraq and Afghanistan then why are the troops still there? It can't be because of the Taliban or al-Qaida since you also said that they were crushed.
  8. "Democrats", by the way, are not the only Americans complaining but by you singling them out you have proved my point that your posting was politically motivated. Now lets correct the end of your post. The invasion of Iraq is still going on seven years after it began. I think you would admit that 7 years is longer than the 51 days you say it took to subdue the Branch Davidian criminals. As for the votes in Florida, it did take more time to count them correctly than it took Bush to get the matter before a Republican court that deprived us of our right to vote, the first right he took away. Gore won. And I know quite a few people in our military and am related to some of them. Moral is not high, it is very low.
  9. Now if you want to end with political attacks then how about all your people who are either in jail or awaiting trial? How about the drug use by your President or him going AWOL? You may be able to throw a lot of accusations but most of us can respond with true facts so quit it.
  10. While you are at checking your facts, show me the congressional record where Senator John Glenn made that statement you ended your diatribe of lies with. It doesn't exist. And why doesn't it exist. Because it didn't happen.

Lastly, show me proof that Senator Howar Metzenbaum represented or was a member of the Communist Party. In 1987, when the Conservative Republicans in Congress charged him with this, Senator Rudolph Boschwitz of Minnesota, a real Republican, publicly apologized to Senator Metzenbaum on behalf of his Party. Why don't you check what Boschwitz said? It may surprise you how real Republicans feel about you terrorists.
