Horsey Wordless Wednesday - Different Views Of a Horse Owner

Reblogger Sondra Meyer:
Real Estate Agent with EXP Realty, LLC

I'm on an ongoing mission to provide horse 101 lessons to nonhorse people - in the event they end up listing a horse property.    Horse owners are not all the same.

Brigita's post did an amazing job of capturing the reality about different views of horse owners.

Sondra

p.s. If you are an not a horse person but end up listing a horse property, PLEASE include pictures of the barn -inside and out.   As this re-blogged post suggests, there are all different sorts of horse people.  Don't assume that the barn isn't worth showing.

Sincerely,

Horsey Wordless Wednesday - Different Views Of A Horse Owner

Each person views a horse owner in different ways.  It's amazing how many variations there are.  No matter how a horse owner is viewed, it always comes down to reality.  The truth of the matter is that the horse owner is the one that does the chores and all the dirty work.

Well, someone has to do it!

This is a great choice for a re-blog. We have many horse properties in Maryland but many horse owners go to other states to find more affordable properties.

Funny reblog of Brigita there Sondra. She is definitely a horse person here. I thought of you as that second to last picture of course, but there is TRULY no more REALITY than the stepping in it with that rich aroma of that last photo. A great Horse 101 lesson on perception. Barns in whatever shape they are in, are important. That is the horse house.

Howdy and afternoon Sondra

Sondra my AR friend, that sure is a mighty good tip and advise about being sure to take and show photo shots of both the outside and inside of the Barn. I can say that most of the Horse Properties which get listed in this area never have photo shots of the Barn of anykind.

Have a good one

Sondra~ We've listed horse property in the past and we take photos of the barn, but we've only done the outside, not the inside. Thanks for the great advice.

Hi, Sondra...great advice for those of us not use to showing horse property. In my area, we are rural so horse properties are part of the program. I would certainly include the barn and the other horse amenities.

PS...Mike and I were talking about the Pop A Top tonight. I can't wait to get back to CO Springs. I don't have any plans for that soon, but I will let you know when I do. Mike was disappointed he didn't get to meet you. I told him it happened quickly and we were in a hurry to get on the road.
