The Los Altos March 2014 home sales report reflects the improved market throughout Silicon Valley and faster sales of Los Altos homes. Homes that closed escrow in March sold in about 11 days on average, with a median selling price of $2,475,000.
Only one home that closed escrow in March was on the market longer than 30 days when it went into escrow. Of the 23 homes now listed for sale, only one has been on the market longer than 30 days. This reflects an incredible pace of sale that is sure to drive up prices this summer.
