My Favorite Newbie First Posts! First week of April 2014
We had to search the pages but we think we've found some outstanding Newbies with great writing skills. Give these a look and let us know if you agree!
Michele Webb hit it out of the ballpark with her first post Basic Tips for Preparing your Home for Sale. She has quite a list for any Seller to follow to make sure the house is totally ready for the market. From the outside to the inside, she has it all covered.
Lisa Holton obviously loves Little River, SC. Her first post Living the Little River Lifestyle is all about why someone would want to visit or live in Little River. She then has it linked so that you can search for homes there. We should all be this passionate about our market area.
Josh Flagg does education and training. It's something we continue to need. His One Size Fits All Marketing breaks down the different things that need to be thought about when marketing a property. Since no 2 properties are identical, he suggests doing target marketing to save time and money.
Marcus Necessary hit on a theme we've been discussing a lot lately. Top of his list of 5 Things Agents do to Sabatoge Home Sales is the bad photos. He doesn't stop there but has clear explanations of what Agents can do better to serve their Seller clients.
We often talk about our Online Reputation and Eric Liu has written 5 Tips That Can Help you Manage your Online Reputation. He explains in detail how to keep up with what's being said about you and where you can build your internet presence. This is a great refresher if you haven't been watching your profiles lately.
Please give these Newbies a warm AR Welcome!
