One of the very first blog postings that I did on activerain.com was about the benefit of using a professional photographer. If you look at my listings you can tell which photographs he was hired to do, they are amazing and can really go the distance when it comes to selling prime properties!
The Marketplace is our local go to magazine for house hunters. Agents, title companies, attorneys, home improvement companies, etc... all pay for the ads placed. The cover is not a paid placement so to have a listing selected is very much an honor and a privilege! I love taking great care of my clients and love maximizing the exposure of their houses!
You never know where you will find your next client, buyer or seller, and "front page" exposure is a great place to start!
