The past few months in the Denver real estate market have been a wild ride for potential buyers. Due to record low inventories, sellers are receiving multiple offers within hours of putting their homes on the market. Not only are the offers over asking price, many of these contracts have escalation clauses which adds to the competition.
Buyers need to be pre-approved and ready to act quickly or they will be left in the dust.
