Home selling can be a stressful and long process sometimes, But here are some helpful tips that can help have a hassel free and speedy escrow.

1. Take Your Photo shoot Seriously

Today many buyers get their first impression of your homes online. Its recommended to prepare for a photo shoot and have good quality pctures of the home being sold. Just the same way you would prepare for an open house. If buyers dont like what they see online you may never get them in the door.

2. Have a Home Inspection before listing.

Doing a home inspection before listing the home is great because if there are major issues with the home you can fix them right away and price the home accordingly as well as avoid reducing the price of the home or give credits.

3. Throw Buyers a Bone

Small offerings or easy negotiations will make a hassel free escrow. sometimes helping out the buyer a little goes a long way, making it a fast and painless closing .
