Properties are selling slower than they were this time last year, this means condition and price is even more imaportant than it was - therer are a lot more houses for a buyer to pick from now. Here are some numbers to support what you are hearing on the news about French Valley House Values for March 2014.

French Valley House Values for April 2013 looks like this on the numbers:

French Valley Inventory Trends April 2013The median list price in May for single family homes in Winchester is $289,900. The list prices increased by 2.61% from the previous month.

The price per square foot for listings in this area is $136.

The median sale price in January forsingle family homes is $257,616. The sale prices dropped by -0.72% from the previous month.

The price per square foot for sales in this area is $88.

When you look at the graph above, you can see that listing and selling prices are mimicking each other fairly well. Selling prices can be a litle low, simply due to some homes going on the market at rahter high prices. To get your free house value Click Here

The other graph here is for French Valley Inventory, note that the red bar represents distressed sales, as you can see, those are slowly going down. So more standard sale homes, and less bank owned and foreclosures, this is a healthy thing for the market.
