The median list price in May for single family homes in Winchester is $289,900. The list prices increased by 2.61% from the previous month.
The price per square foot for listings in this area is $136.
The median sale price in January forsingle family homes is $257,616. The sale prices dropped by -0.72% from the previous month.
The price per square foot for sales in this area is $88.

The other graph here is for French Valley Inventory, note that the red bar represents distressed sales, as you can see, those are slowly going down. So more standard sale homes, and less bank owned and foreclosures, this is a healthy thing for the market.
