As far as price and days on market goes, March 2013 and March 2014 are very similar. Not a big surprise there.
What else isn't a big surprise is that the number of homes sold this March are way down from last year. With the brutally cold winter and the insane amount of snow we received this year, the Fort Wayne real estate market as a whole has been a bit slower.
Thankfully Amanda and I have had a steady winter business wise, and we anticipate this spring (if it ever gets here!) to be very busy and productive.
