The market has skyrocketed in just one year. Looking at the numbers, the San Ramon home market is back to the 2005/2006 levels.

As is evidenced by the numbers the San Ramon real estate market is still appreciating. The popularity of San Ramon for most families is the great schools and that is the real draw right now.

Looking at the numbers from the last quarter of 2013 compared to 2014 we are still up 10% for the average sales price. It will be interesting to see how much higher the numbers will go for the remainder of the year. What I have noticed is that more houses are coming on the market so we should have a great Spring season.
