Parkview Estates is a safe and lovely community located in the "village" area of Westlake Village, CA. The homes are located south of the 101 Freeway off of Lindero Canyon Rd. Home sizes vary from 2750 square feet to 7500 square feet. The majority were built between 1969 to 1975. Many homes have been updated over the years, yes quite a few over and over again! Because custom homes are rare in the master planned community of Westlake Village, these homes are always in high demand and command top dollar, year after year, decade after decade. 
This prestigious community is located close to the lake at Westlake Village, with large custom lots and low HOA's (at under $100 per month, it's just enough to command some symetry and rules in the neighborhood, but not enough to become a burden. You can easily walk or drive a block to the lakefront walking and running paths, which are busy with walkers, bikers, runners, peddelers, lungers and lookers at anytime during the day or week.
