The number of active listings in Murrieta (92562) increased by 4.4% from the previous month.
The median number of days active properties have been listed is 52. This is significantly shorter than the national average.
The number of sales in January dropped by 88.9% from the previous month.
This is pretty significant, as the number of listings keep increasing. As you can imagine, more listings and less sales, transalates into slower sales, so don't be surprised if you are told that it will take a few months to sell your house.
