West Murrieta House Values for April 2013 looks like this on the numbers:
The number of active listings in Murrieta (92562) increased by 4.4% from the previous month.
The median number of days active properties have been listed is 52. This is significantly shorter than the national average.
The number of sales in January dropped by 88.9% from the previous month.
This is pretty significant, as the number of listings keep increasing. As you can imagine, more listings and less sales, transalates into slower sales, so don't be surprised if you are told that it will take a few months to sell your house.
When you look at the graph above, you can see that listing and selling prices are mimicking each other fairly well. Selling prices can be a litle low, simply due to some homes going on the market at rather high prices. To get your free house value Click Here
The other graph here is for West Murrieta Inventory, note that the red bar represents distressed sales, as you can see, those are slowly going down. So more standard sale homes, and less bank owned and foreclosures, this is a healthy thing for the market.
