The Marina Del Rey Condominium Market Report: Median Sold Price is up by 17% compared to last year!!

Very interesting March 2013 the median Sold Price was $600,000. The median Sold Price for March 2014 was $702,500 that is a change of $102,500. A huge increas of 17%!

Endre, Big change in prices and not surprising to me at all. I would guess this trend will continue for the rest of this year unles rates go up.
