We've gotten an update from the horse's mouth on the Business Condos USA development in Smyrna, TN.
Jim Brady with Business Condos reports that the property closed on Dec 1, 2006. Mr. Brady goes on to say that they have a great new franchisee in Nashville.
Also per Mr. Brady, he anticipates Business Condos USA will start to "go vertical" sometime this summer. They're working with Malco Theatres on an adjoining site for construction of a 14 screen theatre for the Smyrna market.
All in all, more great commercial real estate development news for Smyrna, TN. This is a type of retail development that we don't have at the moment, and one that is arriving in the midst of some spectacular growth in the Sam Ridley corridor.
