Have you met Dawn McCurdy? 
If you haven't met Dawn then your missing a key individual on your team. Dawn and I met about one and a half years ago at the local Colonie Chamber of Commerce. We exchanged business cards, but it wasn't until about 5 months later that we were able to finally sit down and chat one on one. I was thoroughly impressed by how Dawn operated her life and business. Dawn opened up her own real estate company (McCurdy Real Estate), gave birth to twin girls, and built a house all in the same year. So, driven is one way to describe her. "A Friend" is another way to describe Dawn. She always has encouraging things to say. She's always looking on what she calls "the solution side" of things. We'll be in a conversation about a problem and I'll get lost in complaining mode and she'll right away say, "well let's get on the solution side". Every client of Dawn's that I've ever met RAVES about her. Their stories are consistent. "If I need a referral for anyone I talk with Dawn because she has all of the connections." And others "Dawn sold me my home 20 years ago so I'm using her again". I don't know many, if any agents, that stay so top of mind with their clients 20 years later, but Dawn is a pro at it. She has taught me to be focused, intentional, and meaningful about all that I do in my business. She has taught me by example how to appreciate the people around me including my clients. So, that is how I describe Dawn "Business Owner, Encourager, Mother, Kick-Butt realtor, and Friend".
