Which Neighborhoods Attend Riverside Elementary School
The vast majority of students attending Riverside Elementary School are within Riverside and they can enjoy a short walk to school. However, there’s a few adjacent neighborhoods where the students attend as well. They include what was formerly known as Jugtown (Aiken, Patton, Seargent) and the area to the south to Harrison St (Western Way, Southern Way & Prospect). However, it’s not a complete list. What Makes Riverside Elementary School Special
In 2010 New Jersey awarded Riverside School as a NJ Blue Ribbon School, one of four elementary schools in the state to receive this. In 2013, Riverside was recognized by New Jersey as a High Performing Elementary School (the only one to receive this in Mercer County). Student enrichment activities include the Kid’s Broadcasting Company, the Lego Engineering Robotic Project and Outdoor Living Laboratory, including our widely acclaimed Organic Garden.
