Horseshoe Bay lot sales remain stagnant and the overall market is saturated.  2014 is off to a slow start in most price categories. Lots priced under $10,000 each have 3 sales in the first quarter, but that is a slower pace than experience last year.

Some buyers are still looking for lots that convey with a waiver.  Most waivers have expired, but properties in Applehead West generally still have waivers and often are an easier sell as a result, as long as they are priced correctly.
