Longest Short Sale Closed - Congrats To The New Buyer!

Springfield Mo Short Sales!  They Are Not Gone!

811 E Woodland Springfield

It only took a year and 2 months to closed this short sale.  One buyer stayed in the running for almost a year before pulling out.  The second buyer was an investor that can see the potential in this 3 bedroom home with an open floor plan.  Can't wait to see the end results once he finishes it.

As you can see, there was a lot of debris left.  With a day's work, the debris will be gone and the reconstruction will begin.  I was beginning to give up hope that this would close, but I decided the Seller's lender wasn't going to get off easy after putting me through months of agony.

Kay, way to remain persistent. Short sales are not the easiest sales, so congrats to you, the sellers, and the new owners. No you can move on to the next short sale.
