Agents who build successful businesses share three common attributes:

1. Consistency. They perform success-producing activities day in and day out. Rather than working in spurts ­- making 50 prospecting calls in two days and then walking away from the phone for two weeks - they proceed methodically and steadily, day-after-day, to achieve their goals.

2. Belief in the law of accumulation, or the principle that with constant effort everything in life, whether positive or negative, compounds itself over time. No agent becomes an overnight success but with consistency success-oriented activities accumulate momentum and power and lead to success every time.

3. Life-long learners. The most successful agents never quit improving. Their passion for improvement is acute and they commit the time, resources, and energy it takes to constantly enhance their performance.

I am just at KW for 6 weeks now and I have made this adjustment which I did not have in my old life....great reminder and attitude.

Attitude is everything.  If you focus on the negative you will get more of it. If you are proactive and stay positive you will succeed.
