Teri~ LB is 50 square miles and is very diverse, but over all LB seems to be keeping up pace pretty well and the markets seems to favor the sellers right now, especially the south east part of town!

Jon, our area is also a diverse market and until a few weeks ago it was a sellers market.  With inventory edging up that is all turning now and sellers must be reasonably priced, staged to sell and willing to compromise if the inventory continues to increase.  

 

Margaret, yes it's a "listing market".  Buyers complained because the inventory was low and now that it's turned around and we have more listings coming up everyday and the inventory is growing the buyers are hesitant as we all know when inventory is high prices eventually slow or drop.  I am seeing that in our market in some prices ranges.
