Because Chicagoland Home Staging does a lot of work in vacant homes we do a lot of setting or decorating dining room tables. While we almost never actually "set" the table, we do pay careful attention to the way the dining room, or other eating areas, are presented. We know that while the dining room is a seldom used space, it's still an important space for my home buyers.

Sometimes the centerpiece of a dining table doesn't need to actually be a centerpiece. It can simply be styled to appear that someone has started gathering up items for a meal.
When simplicity is the key, sometimes a very luxurious simply elegant statement is the best option. In this case a long silver sculptural tray. It provides the finishing touch without creating a distraction.
Now... show us some of your favorite dining room table tops and centerpieces. What's on your table?
