Will We Finally Meet?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Fran Rokicki Realty, LLC

What events are you attending this spring?  The market always seems to be more active in the spring months, no matter what the market seems to be going through.  Are you networking?  Attending your continuing education classes for your license?  Signing up for a new designation?  Of course, I suggest a Buffini Turning Point! (Coming up soon in Boston) Homeshows, local conventions, your local board meetings and networking gatherings. No matter what you do, get out and meet your fellow Realtors!  Take a fellow Realtor out to lunch.  Maybe, you shared a transaction last year.  Invite him or her to lunch, find out how their business is going.  Give them a booklet with your listing flyers in it. If you have Buyers, offer what their wish list looks like. Helping each other master this profession is such a smart partnership.

Here is a fun idea! Tomorrow, one of my favorite Realtors to work with, is hosting a Broker Open in two properties.  The first home will offer lunch and then, the second home, will offer dessert along with a drawing for dinner out at a local restaurant.  They are about five miles apart.  Starts at 11:30am, can't wait!  How's that for getting agents into your listings!

It's a Good Life!

Frances what is the address of the Broker Open??

Are you attending the Realtor Day at the Capital on Wednesday?

Also if you ever want to take a nickel tour of McCue Mortgage I would be happy to have you as my guest and give you one.

Fran!  We do Open House tours like that here too - but It gets a larget crowd when listings from multiple offices in the same area participate!  Great idea - thanks as always for sharing!

I agree it is a good idea to get to know other agents in the area. It makes it easier when we have atransaction together.

:) George, Sorry, I didn't go online this morning.  The open houses were in Manchester.  Sponsored by my former office.  No to Wednesday.  I have too much going on right now.  New agent just signed on and hoping for another:) I may take you up on that offer someday!

Eleanor, Yes, they have a banker right in their offices.

Gita, So true!  I loved seeing all of my friends today:)

The progressive Broker's Opens are fun.  I love to participate in them when I can.

This Spring I am having a blast with the Education Committee of the local realtors association, as well as fun events we are putting together in the office.
