Commercial Inspection in Hobbs New Mexico. Coming along very well.

I finally got to meet the owner of the new Dealership.

He is happy that the Collision Center is now in full operation.

Here is what it looked like when I visited the Collision center yesterday.

Here is a quick look at the exterior of the front of the building.

This was a long road to get this building completed. But now we can focus on the New Chevrolet house.

They are installing the glass panels. And have about 50% of the asphalt in the parking lot areas.

But there is still a long way to go to get done.

But this job is starting to come together very nicely.

Remember what it was like a couple of months ago?

 Hello Clint ... Great News my Friend! And the photo of the building with the glass is a type of Glass System my Glass Business does ...

It called a flush-glaze 451 series if the glass is insulated, or a flush-glaze 450 series if the glass is single pain 1/4 inch tempered glass ;o)

Hi Anita,

They asked if the change order was good to go for the sprinkler system. I asked of it had been pressure tested. They said yes bu no water to it yet. So only 50% complete. No test no full payment.

It is the 451 Series glass panels. Plus the doors are insulated glass. It has to be with this really harsh sun.

With the short summers in Wisconsin the builders need to more quickly.

Here wee have decent weather most of the year. But it does get really cold as well.
