REALTORS across the country need to know 602-541-6275 is apparently targeting Female Agents with phoney calls & texts. Claiming to be a home buyer, any additional contact or conversation apparently leads to some 'Freaky Stuff'. This AZ Verizon number has called agents from New York to California, and now here in Las Vegas.
Having been a Business Owner for most of my life, and established in Real Estate for some time, I know that as much as you may want to grow your business and provide excellent customer service, it also pays to be careful. Unfortunately there are those out there that try to eploit our helpfulness as a weakness. You don't let them do this, simply by working smart and turning something like this into a positive by informing others in the industry. I hope this helps you stay safe, so you can enjoy working with all the 'for real', great clients out there in search of their next home, or in need of the services and expertise of a professional listing agent.
