Blazing Hot Seller's Market in North Texas

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty TREC# 0499369

The real estate market in North Texas has definitely shifted to a Seller's Market.  With a shortage of inventory and plenty of home buyers coming to Texas, we're seeing multiple offers within hours or days of properties being listed with a realtor.  You need an experienced and savvy Realtor now more than ever to be a successful home buyer in today's seller's market.  One who knows how to strategically prepare an offer so that your chances of being selected by the seller are the greatest. And sellers, this isn't a green light for you to skip through necessary preparations and staging either.  When Buyers are paying top price, they expect top-notch properties.  Contact Lynn Wilson today at 817-939-8987 whether buying or selling in today's market.  Success is my experience.... and yours!

Hi Lynn

The market has shifted and a lot of it has to do with the lack of inventory.

Lynn: Great having you on board Active Rain. As you know, the market here in southern California has been a sellers market for a lon g time. Inventory is a serious problem Hopefully, we will see a market shift more towards neutral.
