The buyer's agent should have the ability to set the buyer up with a super efficient MLS Search tool that can be tailored to that particular buyer where they can save all their personal picked properties with the ability to return and receive automatic updates as new matching properties come onto the market.
The Seller's agent must have a powerful website and search tool to market the seller's property. Top selling agents will have multiple media sites, including twitter, facebook, pinterest, linkedin and many others with with to generate traffic to the seller's property.
