Stocks Inch Another Leg Up

Amid a bevy of earning reports, some good and some not, S & P 500 futures began pretty much flat.  A report showed that house prices in March we up 6.9% from 2013.  The strong growth from last year has slowed but good progress is still being made.  The Richmond Fed Manufacturing report show a nice reverse from minus 7 in March to a positive 7 this month.  All in all stocks did well with the Dow closing up 65 points.
