The Preserve Neighborhood is a beautiful neighborhood of single family and town homes that sits conveniently right off of interstate 94 and located just 30 miles outside of Downtown Minneapolis. The Preserve gets it's name from the preserved nature and opens spaces throughout the community. It's not uncommon to see neighbors enjoying the extensive trail system during the summer or kids playing at the neighborhood playground. It's far enough from the main hustle and bustle of the city that residents don't feel like the urban center of Minneapolis is knocking on their door.

What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the The Preserve Neighborhood are 3+ bedrooms and generally going to range between 2000 and 3800 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built by Hans Hagen homes back in the mid 90's to present. Since then, many of the homes have had updates and it's not uncommon to find homes that have extensive finished basements adding to the square footage of some of these great homes. Homes in the Preserve Neighborhood are known for their brick fronts. Lots are a good size and there is a trail system throughout the neighborhood so that there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. Single Family homes have an association fee of about $20 per month.
What's Going on Nearby the Preserve Neighborhood?
The Preserve Park is a 16.5 acre park that includes a playground, ball field, soccer field and basketball court. There are trails throughout the neighborhood. The Preserve is one of the most accessible neighborhoods to interstate 94w. There is a New Horizon Daycare located at the entrance of the neighborhood and the Towne Center shopping center is just down the street and has everything including the local grocery store. The Preserve is located about 10 minutes from Maple Grove MN, which has one of the largest concentration of retail in the state of MN and 5 minutes from the Albertville Outlet Mall.
What Schools will the Kids Attend?
