Vancouver Home Stager throws a punch...

By
Home Stager with Reveal Estate Home Staging - Vancouver

...of color into a bathroom

Here is an interesting bathroom. Although cold feeling, I generally liked it when I first saw it. The fixtures were modern and even though the green wall isn't my favorite shade, I appreciated how it played off the polished concrete floor.

Bathroom Before Vancouver Home Staging

Painting this room a warmer color was not an option. Also the wall that is white is covered with plexi-glass so hanging artwork was restricted to the green wall.

  • What accent color(s) would you have used to present this room for sale?

 Did you think of orange?

Home Staging by Reveal Estate

I felt it important to match the intensity of the green with another strong, warm, complimentary color. I also wanted to pull some of the gray of the concrete floor color up onto the wall with artwork. Because the orange is intense (like red), it directs the eye. I used orange accents only in the area shown to keep the eye focused. This created a cohesive look that buyers desire.

I immediately thought orange and as I scrolled down...there it was.  It looks fabulous.  It is amazing what a set of towels, art, and a vase can do....they worked wonders.  Nice work.

Wow! I never would have considered orange, but it looks great. It's amazing how you were able to tie everything together with just a few items. I love the before and after pictures. Keep up the great work.

I thought about a deep red, but the orange really complements the green and makes it look more "earthy". A great job! I would like to see the rest of the condo now:)

Looks fantastic. I was thinking Red and Cream. I was close though. The orange was a less obvious choice and it really makes it sing! I always love looking at your before and afters.
