The Spring is a great time of year. Things begin to bloom again, the days get longer and the summer is right around the corner. The market right now in the Boston Area and for my Boston Area Move In Homes it is a Seller’s market. There is still not enough inventory in most areas that there is a multiple bidding craze going on with people way overbidding for the few homes that are in Move in shape.  If an agent isn’t savvy they will allow a Seller to go with a higher offer with more risk of the deal not appraising or inspecting for value, than informing the Seller of the best deal that can get done in the shortest period of time with the best results of having to put the property back on the market with a One Strike against it question.  It is a great time to get your home on the market.  I know it is better than last year and the year before that, I can not promise that next year will be better.  A lot can go wrong.  Interest rates always change and the market is up and down as well, these factors weigh heavily on the real estate values.
